How BrainTrust went from 0.9% to 3.4% of visitors reaching out
Their old site got traffic but almost nobody acted on it. We found why, rebuilt it around fixing that, and nearly 4x more visitors now take a step toward becoming a client.
The result
0.9%
took a lead action on the old site
3.4%
take one on the new site
~4x
more visitors reaching out
Microsoft Clarity. Old: start assessment, 2,101 visits over 300 days. New: contact us + form, 205 visits in the first 10 days. Early sample, updated as data comes in.
The challenge
BrainTrust Partners has been helping enterprises build trust with data and AI since 2016. Their site was getting traffic, but almost nobody acted on it: across 300 days, just 0.9% of visitors started the assessment, the only way to get in touch.
What we did
We rebuilt the site around one goal: make it easy to start a conversation. We replaced the assessment-only path with a short contact form on every section, and rewrote the copy so AI search tools can describe what BrainTrust does.
- A contact form on every section, not just one assessment
- Copy that says plainly what BrainTrust does and for whom
- Before and after tracked in Microsoft Clarity
Same traffic. Nearly 4x more people reaching out.
In the first 10 days on the new site, 3.4% of visitors reached out, nearly 4x the old rate. It’s an early sample, so we keep measuring with the same tool and update these numbers as more data comes in.
